  I was in speech therapy for 4 months and while I have nothing but praise for the speech therapist(s) and the receptionist, I have absolutely NO respect for the administration in general and the billing office in particular. My therapy has not been billed properly since my first visit in April. My insurer and myself have spent the past 2 months attempting to get a response to our request to fix a very simple billing error. My Regence customer service representative told her, "It's the end of my shift. I can't do anything." This person has never responded to any voicemails left for her. I finally reached the head of the billing department who has assured me twice that he would get back to me "tomorrow". I guess tomorrow never comes.

  I was in complete renal failure and the ER sent me home to go see my regular Dr. / They diagnosed I just had a common virus WHEN THE TEST RESULTS they had clearly showed I was in severe acute renal failure. When I saw My family Dr. the following morning at his office opening. He immediately called an ambulance to send me direct to Virginia Mason admitting. I was later informed I was approximately 6 hours away from death when I arrived at Virginia Mason. GHCH is GOOD Place to go if you want to die. Should have sued them for neglect and reckless endangerment!
